How hot does it get?

Infrared saunas typically operate between 120–170°F, much lower than traditional saunas but still effective.

How long is a session?

Sessions are usually 25–40 minutes depending on your goals and tolerance.

How often should I use it?

We recommend that everyone uses the sauna at least once a week. Many clients use the sauna 2- 3 times a week. If you can be in the sun daily, then you can sauna daily - the more you sauna, the more beneficial.

Is it safe for everyone?

Yes it is safe for all ages, but we recommend checking with your doctor if you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or other medical concerns.

What should I wear?

We will provide you with a special wrap that allows the infrared rays to still penetrate your skin. A private restroom or changing room is accessible to change clothes. We'll provide water with trace minerals for hydration during/after the sauna session.
